On October 30, 2025, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) and Truong Thanh Media Joint Stock Company (Truong Thanh Company) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement.
The signing ceremony was honored with the presence and witness of Mr. Tran Nam Tu – Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Information, Ministry of Education and Training. Attending the ceremony, on behalf of Truong Thanh Company were: Mr. Trinh Van Son – General Director, Mr. Le Ngoc Lam – Deputy General Director, and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Song – Deputy General Director. On behalf of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Vice Rector, and leaders from the Science and Technology Department, the Training Management Department, the External Relations and International Cooperation Department, and the Communications & Admissions Department.
According to the Cooperation Agreement, the two Parties will cooperate in implementing activities related to training and capacity building in the fields of innovation, intellectual property, and intellectual property rights establishment for lecturers and students. They will also cooperate in promoting, connecting, and commercializing research results. Furthermore, they will coordinate in implementing communication activities to disseminate a culture of innovation and intellectual property within the university.
Through this cooperation agreement and related activities, the leaders of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and Truong Thanh Company believe that topics related to innovation and intellectual property will increasingly spread and play an important role in the thinking and actions of students, lecturers, and society.
