[RULES FOR THE SEMI-FINAL ROUND OF THE VIETNAM YOUNG LOGISTICS TALENT COMPETITION 2025]

 Following the explosive School Selection Round, the Vietnam Young Logistics Talents 2025 journey officially enters the Semi-Finals. Here, the 47 best teams nationwide will continue to demonstrate the capabilities and intelligence of Vietnam’s young logistics generation!
Before starting, let’s take a look at the rules for the VYLT 2025 Semi-Finals to get ready to sprint to the finish line!  COMPETITION STRUCTURE & REGIONS Total of 47 teams:  Northern Region: 27 teams (from Hue northward)  Southern Region: 20 teams (from Da Nang southward)  COMPETITION TIMELINE  Round: October 6th – October 25th, 2025  Submission Deadline: 23:59, October 19th, 2025 (Sunday)  SUBMISSION PRODUCTS:  1 report (maximum 20 pages)  , 1 video (maximum 5 minutes), and 1 slide SUPPLEMENTARY COMPETITION – “MOST POPULAR TEAM” Submit 1 photo + introduction (≤ 200 words) before 23:59, October 12th, 2025  Voting on VNYLT fanpage • Northern Region: October 16th – October 21st • Southern Region: October 17th – 22nd.  Points will be awarded based on total valid interactions. PRESENTATION & DEBATE  25th, 2025: In-person & online competition.  Location: • Northern Region: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering • Southern Region: Ho Chi Minh City Open University.  5 minutes presentation + 7 minutes debate.  SCORING & SELECTION OF FINALISTS – There will be seeded teams, and the remaining teams will draw lots to be divided into groups. The judging panel will select 1-2 of the best teams per group → to advance to the Finals. – 12 teams nationwide (6 from the North – 6 from the South) will advance to the VYLT 2025 National Finals. OTHER REGULATIONS: Submission within 30 minutes: Deduct 1/100 point; within 2 hours: Deduct 2/100 points; Under 12 hours: Deduct 5/100 points.
