On December 18, 2025, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering successfully organized the Training Conference on Academic Advising and Class Management for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The conference aims to share experiences on the effective implementation of academic advising and class management in several higher education institutions in Hanoi, and to exchange and advise on solutions to improve the effectiveness of academic advising and class management for students.
Student counseling and guidance are important and necessary tasks, serving as a bridge between the university and students. This helps maximize their potential in learning and training, fosters a passion for scientific research, and guides their skills development, preparing them to meet job requirements after graduation.
The conference was lively, with the participation of leading experts. Many valuable experiences from higher education institutions in Hanoi were shared, helping to resolve difficulties in carrying out tasks at these units.
The discussion became warm with thoughtful questions from the teachers. These were practical problems and concerns that only those who are truly dedicated and deeply involved with students can understand and empathize with.
We are confident that after this training session, the work of student counseling and guidance will see significant improvements in quality. All efforts are directed towards the strategic goal: “For the Learners” – creating new values and the best environment for Construction Engineering students to shine.——————-
