🎉 GRAND OPENING OF THE LAUNDRY AND DRYING STATION: A GIFT OF GRATITUDE FROM THE CLASS OF 40 ALUMNI 🎉

On the afternoon of October 31, 2025, in a solemn and warm atmosphere, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering held the opening ceremony of its Laundry and Drying Station – a project with profound significance, a gift of growth and gratitude.

This project is a heartfelt gift from the alumni of Class 40 (K40) to the University and the younger generations of students currently studying there.

Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Tung – Vice Rector of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Phu Doanh – Vice Rector and also an alumnus of the 40th cohort; Mr. Kim Thanh Nam – Head of the Alumni Association of the 40th cohort, along with representatives from various departments and alumni of the 40th cohort, and current students of the University.

In the familiar dormitory courtyard, the laundry station officially opened for business. Immediately after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the first shirts were placed into the washing drums.

“The laundry station – a gift of maturity and gratitude.” This is a project brimming with love – a place where the K40 generation entrusts a part of their youth, providing motivation for today’s generation to continue building big dreams.
