On October 27, 2025, the Congress of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering for the term 2025–2030 was successfully held at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
The Congress was honored to welcome Dr. Nguyen Phuong Thao – Standing Committee Member of the Trade Union Executive Committee of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Dr. Vu Quoc Hung – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering, in charge of the Faculty, along with the full participation of all trade union members of the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering.
The Congress summarized and evaluated the results of trade union activities during the 2023-2025 term, discussed and set forth key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, aiming to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and creativity, improving the effectiveness of emulation movements and the lives of union members.
During the program, the Congress proceeded to elect the new Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering, consisting of the following members:

The Congress also elected delegates to attend the Congress of the Trade Union of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering for the term 2025–2030, approved the Draft Resolution of the Congress, and affirmed the determination to build the Trade Union of the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering into an increasingly united and strong organization.
